Privacy policy
We collect only the information you give us to deliver your service — name, contact details and project materials. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except where required by law. Enquiries sent through our contact form travel via WhatsApp and are covered by WhatsApp's own encryption and terms. You may ask us to delete your records at any time by writing to nyamensconsult@gmail.com.
Terms of service
Every engagement begins with a written scope and quote. Work starts after the agreed deposit is received; the balance is due on delivery. One round of reasonable revisions is included unless otherwise agreed. Timelines assume you provide required inputs promptly; delays on inputs shift delivery dates accordingly. Deliverables remain Nyamens Consult property until full payment is received.
Refunds & cancellations
If you cancel before work begins, your deposit is refunded minus any costs already incurred. Once work has begun, fees are earned proportionally to work completed. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, you are entitled to a remedy: completion, correction or a fair refund. We would rather refund than argue.
Academic integrity
Our academic services — coaching, editing, formatting, referencing and analysis support — are designed to improve your work, not replace your authorship. We do not impersonate students, sit examinations or guarantee academic grades. We follow the academic integrity policies of your institution and will decline requests that cross them.
Honest-scope disclaimer
Nyamens Consult does not and cannot guarantee admissions, scholarships, visas, grades or electoral outcomes. Any provider who guarantees these is misleading you. We guarantee the quality of our own work — nothing more, and nothing less.
Data protection
We handle personal data in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). Research data is collected with informed consent, stored securely, used only for the agreed purpose and anonymised in reporting unless participants consent otherwise. Client files are kept confidential and access is limited to staff working on your project.
